Situated on a hilltop block with stunning ocean views this original 1980's home was in desperate need of a refurbishment. An extensive internal and external replan and rebuild completely transformed this home for its young family to enjoy. The home features large open plan living/kitchen and a large east facing entertaining space doubling as the homes entry. The modern coastal aesthetic gives the home a timeless look worthy of its prominent location.

Flynn Building Design were engaged to prepare concept sketches to explore different internal planning options as well as test the new external material selections and colour scheme. Development Application drawings were prepared to obtain Council's consent.
